Just learnt my first "real" thing about node.js and ghost that is a little bit "meh"
You need to restart it everytime you change something to see your changes.
Don't know if this is universal, but it seems to be for me.
So the shortcut is how you actually restart the ghost/node.js server in visual studio online, it's simply:
Ctrl + F5
This will effectively restart the ghost server in a few seconds. The only thing that kindof bothers me is that the output window always open when you do this.
But hey, it's a time saving shortcut so I'm not going to do anything about it... yet
